Returns offered on clothing items within 2 weeks of delivery for store credit. Customer pays for return shipping costs. Please email office@northstarcamp.com to initiate a return.
Due to limited inventory, it is unlikely that exchanges will be available for the same items in different sizes. Non-clothing items are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges please.
Twice a year we have seasonal pop-up shops. This happens ahead of the summer and in November for our holiday store. During those pop-up sales periods, many of the items are seasonal and will not be produced until the sales period ends.
Outside of those pop-up sales periods, items that are listed are in stock and will ship within a few days of your order.
