What are your shipping fees?

All items shipped via Standard shipping methods (3-5 business days)

US Shipping rates are as follows:
Under $10 - $3
$10 - $20 - $6
$20.01 - $48 - $10
$48.01-$75 - $13
$75.01 - $150 - $15
Over $150 - $25

What is your return policy

Returns offered on clothing items within 2 weeks of delivery for store credit. Customer pays for return shipping costs. Please email office@northstarcamp.com to initiate a return.

Due to limited inventory, it is unlikely that exchanges will be available for the same items in different sizes. Non-clothing items are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges please.

When does the store close?

This Spring Store closes on April 14th to be sure you get your orders delivered to your designated shipping address in time to label and pack for camp. Items will ship around May 15th. Limited items (mostly non-apparel) will be available after April 14th.
